2. Course Enrollment
- Students must register for courses through our official channels
- Course fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule
- Students are expected to attend classes regularly
- Missed classes may not be rescheduled without prior notice
3. Payment Terms
- Course fees are to be paid in advance
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted methods
- Late payment may result in suspension of classes
4. Class Conduct
- Students must maintain respectful behavior during classes
- Recording of classes is not permitted without prior permission
- Students must have necessary equipment (instrument, internet connection) for online classes
- Instructors reserve the right to remove disruptive students from class
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, notes, and compositions, are the intellectual property of Sharda Music Academy and may not be shared or distributed without permission.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Students may cancel enrollment with 7 days notice
- Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy
- The academy reserves the right to cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances
7. Limitation of Liability
Sharda Music Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
